Getting a free space to work in San Francisco

After a weekend of working in cafes I was fed up of the noise, hustle & bustle, and the slow internet. It was time to find a proper working space in San Francisco.

Danny Helson from Informatics Ventures had kindly introduced me to the local SDI Office (Scottish Development International a branch of Scottish Enterprise), they were super responsive and within a couple of hours I had a meeting arranged with Stephen Smith from their San Jose office!

I met Stephen at a nice restaurant in town, upon hearing my plea for work space he wasted no time, right then and there Stephen said "I know the founder of an accelerator and co-working space just round the corner" so up we got an we went to the incredible Yeti Zen, Stephen introduced me to Sana the lovely founder and our work space problem was solved!

Now we have unlimited free tea, MEGA fast wifi, sofa's a microwave & lots of interesting people to meet. Thank you Danny, Stephen and YetiZen!
